Coastline Elderly Services, Inc. (CESI) is a private, non-profit corporation which develops, provides, and coordinates a range of home care services designed to support and maintain the independent living of elders within the community.

Community Teamwork programs serve individuals and families at every stage of their lives. They work closely with their funding sources and community partners to adapt programs and create new ones, when needed, to meet the changing needs of people and connect them to all available resources.

Offers a wide range of family support initiatives, educational programs, and social services for inner-city children and their families that often reaches our neighboring Northern Rhode Island towns and cities.

Their mission is to improve the lives of millions of older adults, especially those who are struggling.

an Area Agency on Aging, is a private, nonprofit corporation that develops, provides and coordinates a range of services to support the independent living of elders and persons with disabilities with a goal of independence. We also support caregivers, including grandparents raising grandchildren, in many ways.

FriendshipWorks (formerly MATCH-UP Interfaith Volunteers) is a network of trained volunteers that provide support and assistance to elders in Boston and Brookline.

A multi service agency, Just A Start focuses on affordable housing, workforce development, and educational programming to help people find gain the skills or get the help they need to secure a home, get a good job, and live a successful and productive life.

Kit Clark Senior Services has helped older adults in Greater Boston live with dignity and independence. Their professional staff conduct many of its programs in five different languages, ensuring these much needed support services reach elders with diverse ethnic backgrounds.

The goal of the PPI Resident Services program is to promote successful tenancies by linking residents to the supportive services they may need to meet the terms of their lease and continue to live in the development.

It has been a community resource, providing people from all walks of life with mental health and substance use services in their homes, schools and neighborhoods.Through over 40 programs and wraparound services, including food and housing, job training, legal services, primary health care and wellness activities, and more.

Somerville-Cambridge Elder Services promotes the right of all individuals to live with dignity, in the setting of their choice by offering older people, younger people with disabilities, and caregivers the information, services and support needed to make choices which enhance health, well being and independence.

The mission  is to provide homeless and near homeless individuals and families with individualized supportive services and tailored housing solutions with a goal of obtaining and maintaining affordable housing.

South Shore Mental Health is a leader in providing services for children, teens, and families experiencing serious emotional problems, behavioral issues, developmental disabilities, and substance abuse.

South Shore Elder Services, Inc. (SSES) recommends and coordinates resources for elders to help them to remain as independent as possible. The private, non-profit agency also advocates for elders and their caregivers, always with the goal of promoting an optimal quality of life.

The Tenancy Preservation Program (TPP) is a homelessness prevention program. TPP works with tenants, including families with children with disabilities, facing eviction as a result of behavior related to a disability (e.g. mental illness, mental retardation, substance abuse, aging related impairments). TPP functions as a neutral party to the landlord and tenant. In consultation with the Housing Court Department, TPP works with the property owner and tenant to determine whether the disability can be reasonably accommodated and the tenancy preserved.
