The 2016 theme for the 2017 NAHMA Calendar this year was: Words That Heal-“Stop Bulling, Spread Kindness”. This theme had an impact on many resident artists in the NEAHMA communities. This year we saw the most submissions from the elderly category, and the judging was tough with all the great artwork. The regional winners posters were all sent to NAHMA to be judged for the National 2017 NAHMA Calendar.
The contest participants and winners are all invited to Kid’s Day on August 11, 2016 at a Pawtucket Red Sox game and BBQ tent.
In October all the winners will attend a dinner reception and award ceremony, at the NEAHMA Annual Conference and Trade Show on October 18 at Lombardo’s in Randolph, MA. Congratulations to all our winners again!
