Regular Membership

Regular Members: Any real property management company under contract approved by an authorized governmental agency and/or any ownership entity of individual owner of a government assisted housing project, at the time that application for membership is made, and dedicated for the purposes of this Corporation, shall be eligible for Regular Membership. NEAHMA Membership is one year from January-December with renewals in early December. Pricing is based off the number of units within the company.
