Service coordinators play an important role in HUD-subsidized properties, helping residents connect to necessary benefits and services and supporting housing stability. Attendees in this session will learn about how property management and service coordinators can work together as a team to strengthen the support they provide residents and enhance their roles. An overview of HUD expectations of the management and service coordinator relationship will be provided and opportunities to collaborate and build a strong foundation of teamwork will be reviewed in detail.
