Trainer: Melissa Harris
Each year, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development introduces new policies and updates existing policies and procedures that impact affordable housing sites, their service coordinator programs and the residents they serve. Are you aware of the changes taking place and opportunities available in 2025?
This presentation will detail the latest news impacting HUD service coordinators, such as a breakdown of the first Multifamily Service Coordinator Program grants in more than a decade, upcoming mental health training offerings, and the results of AASC’s Salary Survey. The presenter will also explain how to take advantage of already existing resources such as Supportive Services Funds.
Additionally, attendees will gain an understanding of how HUD policy changes related to HOTMA and NSPIRE will impact residents.
