Mindfulness At Work is an interactive wellness workshop featuring practices designed to reduce stress, expand time, increase joy and improve productivity. If you are interested in improving your work/life balance and self-care, this workshop is a must. It will provide practical and manageable mindfulness approaches, which can easily be performed at work or at home. Participants are welcome and encouraged to take an active part in this workshop and share their insights and experiences within the group.
