With the combination of colder weather and another surge of COVID-19 upon us, Owners and Agents are facing unprecedented challenges as they try to balance filling vacant units with ensuring the safety of staff, residents and applicants. In this hour and a half webinar, we will explore alternatives to conducting in-person applicant interviews. We will examine the different signature types and review suggested practices to obtain verifications while maintaining document security. Finally, we will discuss social-distancing methods for showing vacant apartments and conducting move-in inspections.
