• Evaluate your standard operating procedures to determine if what is listed meets the new American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) recommendations
• Assess and redefine as needed, existing workflow processes that may have a negative impact on an individual’s indoor quality of life issues
• Apply strategies to evaluate, identify, document and mitigate typical indoor air hazards and pollutants including, but not limited to moisture, mold, pets, smoking, dust, dirt, pest droppings, carbon monoxide, radon, etc., and to provide residents with the best and highest degree of indoor air and environmental quality
