2015 has seen a number of developments in the area of Fair Housing that impact site operations. We will review these changes and summarize the potential changes. Topics include but aren’t limited to: HUD’s proposed Rule to Clarify Protections for Victims of Harassment in Housing and recent case law, The Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), Disparate Impact, and HUD’s Equal Access Rule, waiting lists and lotteries.
