This is an important workshop for anyone who manages a site that has both tax credits and HUD Multifamily Housing. The focus of this training will be on the similarities and differences between calculating income and rent in the tax credit and HUD programs. Topics include, but aren’t limited to:
• Gross income vs. adjusted income
• Current vs. anticipated income
• Move-in certifications vs. interims and annual recertifications
• Verification methodology (EIV, employment verifications, pay stubs, and work number verifications)
