Please join us for this interactive training where we discuss best practices to avoid Fair Housing complaints and costly lawsuits. We will discuss current Fair Housing Testing programs, a tool to investigate and document illegal discrimination, and enables enforcement agencies the ability to identify and to challenge the discriminatory practices that persist in housing. We will focus on what recent testing has revealed regarding illegal discrimination. The focus will be on what site staff and companies can proactively do to prevent illegal discrimination beyond sending staff to Fair Housing training. Participants will leave with an action oriented “road map”.
