Management and Occupancy Reviews (MORs) are occurring during COVID in locations where there are no restrictions by state or local law or ordinance to prevent them. In this training we will discuss HUD’s Guidance on MORs during COVID, and what Contract Administrators will be looking for during the MOR. We will also discuss how to prepare yourself and your resident files, policies, procedures and management practices for compliance with HUD’s rules and regulations given the barriers COVID presents.
Discussion will include virtual processes being used to conduct the MORs, such as in Massachusetts via the use of file and EIV information being uploaded to secure mailgate portals.
