Green Operations and Maintenance provides an overview of basic green and sustainable concepts and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) principles for affordable housing. • Learn to research and evaluate what products, components and processes are currently in-place and what else may be needed to develop the most effective green and sustainable O&M Plan.
