Trainer: Dr. Rachel Piltch-Loeb

Training Description:

We are in a unique time where the science related to COVID-19 is continuing to evolve, and therefore the policies and expectations of property management companies is also evolving. This makes for an incredibly confusing and challenging environment, especially when you are responsible for communicating with your staff and residents.  This training will include three parts designed to address this challenge.

  • First, we will discuss the fundamentals related to COVID-19, the reason the science and policy environment is ever changing, and what we can expect moving forward.
  • Second, we will focus on how to effectively communicate with staff and residents. We will discuss messaging techniques for effective communication related to COVID-19 that can be implemented.
  • Third, we will have an extended question and answer period designed to tailor the session to the needs of attendees. At the conclusion of the training, you will have both new information related to COVID-19 and tools to implement effective  communication on COVID-19 to provide meaningful, relevant and accurate information, in clear and understandable terms targeted to staff and residents.
