For the first time in U.S. history, four generations are working side-by-side. It is important to understand the impact historical events have on each generation. These events have molded & shaped our personalities and how we communicate and interact in the workplace. This webinar will provide basic understanding of the different traits and personalities of the four different generations, different work ethics, and different preferred styles of communication.

At the completion of this webinar, participants will be able to:

2. Identify strategies for effective cross-generational communication and creating harmonious work environments
3. Have fun!
